Returns & Exchanges

At Vault Andzn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization code.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unworn and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
